Is anybody else eating 700 calories a day?
Hi I am 20 pounds over the weight I should be. So Im not obese or anything, but my weight is really really depressing me. And I know pernamently 700 calories a day is not good- Im Just wondering who else has done this? How much weight you lost (before & after weights)... what foods you were eating etc etc thankyou. btw please dont preach. I know 700 calories a day isnt properly enough to be healthy but when I weigh it up in my head... I think Id much rather lose some of this extra weight than lose a miniscule 1lb a week... My weight is worrying me- and frankly I think I would be healthier doing this and losing some of the stomachfat (high risk fat) than carrying on the way I am. Anybody having the same issues?
