You seem to have Agoraphobia developing from all the Anxiety (social anxiety it seems)... I would recommend talking to a therapist and trying therapy... You can develop techniques to help you calm down AND also find reasons why this anxiety is there (self-esteem, fear of failure/ridicule) You CAN get through this WITHOUT meds. I guarantee you if you put your mind to it, you can. TRY for your baby. Anxiety is bad for baby. But you need to socially interact and not shell up. Good luck hun.
