Im a 13 yr old girl who wants to be allowed to date, how do i ask?

Last yr a boy i really liked asked me out. i was extremely happy and sed yes. i had the idea i wasnt exactly allowed to date but sed yes because i really liked him. A LOT. my parents found out 3 weeks into the "relationship". i told him in person and the real reason i had to. hes ignored me ever since. i try to say hi and stay friends but he just ignores me. the last time we talked was last january, and only because i told his friends i needed to talk to him and they made him. he spreads some miniscule rumors about me. ive written songs about him and cried over him and gone through too much because of him. i know i shouldnt like someone who does that to you but i cant help it. my parents have mentioned from time to time that boys are just trouble. i really want to be allowed to date him and only him. they can chaperone and meet his fam. how do i ask?
