Pregnancy question, please answer, i dont know if this is normal or not?

i am 38 wks 3 days pregnant, i just went pee and when i wiped there was the tiniest SPOT of red blood, i wiped again--nothing, so TMI--sorry, but i inserted the toilet paper a bit just to see where this was coming from and there was a very tiny spot again, but that was it, and very very miniscule amt. what could this be? i have been experiencing some cramping that woman experiences prior to her period coming?!
