Can people expect to ever see Full Employment again with a Capitalist System?

There are jobs all over the place! What makes you think you deserve a "better" job? I live in an area with over 5 pages of help wanted ads in the paper and 3 factories are literally begging people to work for them: full benefits, better than minimum wage, guaranteed job security. We have someone on probation right now for failing to show up on time for a 4 hour shift 3 separate times. Employment is out there, sometimes you have to start at the bottom in order to reach the top.
