How do Americans justify what we do to each other?

The person who could allow the above mentioned things might ask how one could support giving free money to people who do not work. How one could justify devaluing the U.S. dollar by printing money to solve a problem. How one could support a bigger government that takes liberties away? There is always a flip side to the coin.
