Psychologically identify this type of person?

Someone who always thinks they are right, never listens to your side in an arguement. Defends their friends but not you, especially if you are their partner. Justify lies, will never say they messed up or they say the things they did were only miniscule. Never equally as messed up. Scream at you. Are never compassionate towards deaths you have in your life or if you are sick they think you can still concentrate on them and their needs and the problems they have with you, almost very selfish, like the world revolves around them. Then tell you that you have psychological issues and you need serious help and they are telling you that because they love you, because you should be able to concentrate on those things. (Mainly them and past issues with them)
