Anyone who has been on a 3RD PHONE INTERVIEW?

Did they tell you why they are only doing phone interviews? Are you interviewing for a job in another State? Seems weird to me they are doing these interviews and spending so much time with you on the phone and not called you in for a face to face.... do your research and make sure this isn't some scam you've been spending your oh-so-valuable time on.
