In which way would I lose the rest of my body fat/burn more calories?
Have you ever heard of hiit ? This type of training encourages for your body to burn fat. Basically in short and simple words, you go good pace for 1 minute then sprint 30 seconds, then pace for 1 minute sprint 30 seconds. It makes a hormone in your body burn more fat. Look it up. A much better exercise would be skipping or even swimming. Both burn more calories an hour and show much better results. Trust me, you will be happy when you see the great results. ( they both work your core and ab muscles, if that is one of your concerns being that everyone wants abs haha)
