What could be this small patch of bumps on my leg that never goes away?

I have this tiny patch of really tiny, miniscule dry bumps on my left calf. It's mostly a really small dry patch, actually. It's been there for months. There's no pain or irritation at all. I usually forget it's there. What could this be?
