Can a hotel charge a 16 yr old?

Your ability to enter a legal contract, or lack thereof, is not relevant in this case. I YOU cause physical damage, YOU are liable for the damage. This would be true even if you had NOT fraudulently rented the room. The damages you state the are claiming are reasonable in the case you describe.
