Robert Kiyosaki books, I'm looking for something?
In one of Robert Kiyosaki's books I remember reading something about him explaining how he regretted selling a house(s) for capital gains because if he hadn't of sold the house today would be worth a lot more, and that you should invest in real estate for cash flow not capitalist gains, now I can't remember which book it was (I've read so many, but don't own copies) was wondering if anyone knew which book it was and also what page (only if you remember) I need to show it to my brother as he is thinking of selling our house, he thinks it's a good idea and can't see my point of view!!
